This was the best organized and fun event I’ve been to in my 11 years as a father!
So, you’ve decided to do a little bit of exercise before enjoying tons of food this Thanksgiving. Then you should join us for our annual Birdie Derby 5k walk, It’s a fun outing for family and friends, the registration fee goes to a great cause, and NO TRAINING required! Strollers are welcome.
NOTE: If running with a stroller in the 5k, you MUST line up in the last wave of the 5k–the Stroller Wave. If walking with a stroller, you can be anywhere in the Walk staging area.
Bring the kids! Walk with a stroller or wagon, wear or carry—your infant/toddler age 0-3 can participate for free. Kids 4-6 can sign up for only $7, and they’ll get a shirt and goody bag too. Form a walking team, and get your team name printed on the back of your Berbee Derby shirts for free!
Grab some coffee or hot chocolate, and walk the Birdie Derby. It’s a lovely way to start the holiday!
